Untethered Jailbreak iOS 5 on iPhone 4S and iPad 2 seems like a long story as of now. The only reason support this notion is no hacker able to get it done by now. Recently Pod2G another genius in this regard hope to have untethered jailbreak iOS 5 on iPhone 4S and iPad 2. They also showed demo video on same couple of days back too but recently he put some timelines that jailbreak is possible with iPhone 4S and iPad 2 running iOS 5.
