OS X Lion 10.7 released on End of July[expected]

Everybody is anxiously waiting Apple Mac OS X Lion that was expected to release on previous Thursday. Day has already been passed but no release and we posted in the context of delayed OS X Lion as well.  In fact the Thursday date that was populated on everywhere was based on Apple’s communication to their dealer to make your system ready for the upcoming OS X. there was no official news from Apple side. Now it seems like OS X Lion 10.7 released at the end of this month only because the entire previous OS X versions from 10.3 to 10.6 were arrived at same period of month.

According to Apple official web sites OS X Lion 10.7 set to release in the month of July but still no fixed date has been given. Moreover it will be available for download at $29.99 once announced.

During yearly event of WWDC this year Apple revealed that Mac OS X Lion included extra 250 features. VP of Worldwide Product Marketing, Philip Schiller said: “The Mac has outpaced the PC industry every quarter for five years running and with OS X Lion we plan to keep extending our lead.”

Following are some of key features that will included in new OS X Lion 10.7:

  • Picture-in-Picture Zoom
  • International Braille Tables (in multiple languages)
  • iPhoto Faces
  • FaceTime Calling (from address book)
  • Integration of Social Networking within Address book
